    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Free Standard Delivery: Orders over AUD $60 qualify for free standard shipping.

    Standard Delivery (below $60): Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

    Express Delivery: Available at an additional cost, shown at checkout.

    You will always see the final delivery charge before completing your order.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Order Confirmation – Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and receipt.

    Processing – Our team prepares your items, usually within 1–2 business days.

    Shipping & Tracking – As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package in real time.

    Delivery – Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected.

    After-Sales Support – If you have any issues with your order, our support team is here to help at contact@techdockshop.com.

    How long will delivery take?

    Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

    Standard Delivery: Typically takes 4–7 business days within the United States.

    Express Delivery: Available at an extra cost, usually 4-5 business days depending on your location.

    International Delivery: Delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

    You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your sales receipt attached.

    Email Receipt: Sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

    Account Orders Page: If you created a TechDock account, you can log in and view/download your receipts under My Account → Orders.

    Need Help? If you cannot find your receipt, please contact us at contact@techdockshop.com and we will resend it to you.

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    When placing your order, you can select the “Add gift receipt” option at checkout.

    The gift receipt will not show prices but will include product details and our return/exchange instructions.

    If you would like to include a personal message, you can add it in the notes section at checkout.

    If you have already placed your order and forgot to add a gift receipt, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@techdockshop.com, and we’ll assist you.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an order.

    Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned in the original packaging.

    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

    Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

    Payment Information

    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment used at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

    Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and the credited amount will appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

    If the item was a gift, the recipient may receive a gift credit instead of a direct refund.

    Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

    Yes. Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other payment service).

    Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically.

    Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

    TechDock does not provide cash refunds or alternative payment reimbursements.

    Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

    Yes, in most cases you can ship to a different country than the country of purchase, but there are some important points to note:

    Billing vs. Shipping Address – Your billing address (linked to your payment method) and your shipping address can be different.

    Delivery Availability – Shipping is only possible to countries supported by TechDock. Availability will be shown at checkout.

    Duties & Taxes – International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Processing Time – Delivery times may be longer for cross-border shipments.

    How can I return an item?

    To return an item, please follow these steps:

    Contact Us First – Email our support team at contact@techdockshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

    Receive Return Instructions – Our customer service team will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions.

    Prepare Your Package – Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase.

    Ship the Item – Send the package using the return address provided by our customer service.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

    Confirmation – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval of your refund or exchange.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Yes. At TechDock, all product images are carefully prepared to accurately represent the item you will receive.

    Product Authenticity – You will always receive the exact model, design, and specifications shown on our website.

    Color & Display – Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions, but the product itself is exactly as described.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
